Return Policy

We do not allow any items to return to our business unless the product is critically damaged upon arrival. If the product arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund if you contact us within 7 days when your products are delivered.

Shipping Policy

We work diligently to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped to you within 48 hours of purchase, and a tracking number will be provided.

Carriers

Our primary carrier is USPS. However, if requested, we can ship FedEx, DHL, and any other provider (there may be an additional charge).

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a fixed rate depending on the items you selected. We do not ship internationally or to the following places: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and any U.S. Territories. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost, and you will have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to.
